Got SCREWED, any ideas?***UPDATE***
***See My Last Post Below for Update*** I made a buy off Fleabay, and the guy said he was going to be out of town for a week. Said he needed a USPS Money Order. So I sent $100 Postal Money Order, and now he's telling me he didn't get it. Any way to trace this to see if he cashed it? I didn't send it with signature required because he said he was going to be out of town. Thought it would be there for him when he returned. I've never had a Post Office screwup like this before. Ideas? It's been a week on Monday.

Replacement of Lost or Stolen Money Orders
To replace a lost or stolen money order, a customer will need to fill our Form 6401 at a Post office and pay a fee of $5.20. After the USPS completes a payment inquiry on the status of the money order, a replacement can be issued.

RE: Got SCREWED, any ideas?
E Bay has very stingent resolution policies that protect both parties from being scammed. If the seller cashed the money order you should get sufficient proof and inform the ebay dispute resolution department. Check out their web site with respet to these types of incidents, I think you'll find that you are well protected.
