That is not normal. To add to above check that they mounted the new tire with the right rotation. There is an arrow on the sidewall.

This is not normal first check tire pressure/direction. Next ensure you have not changed your load or its distribution on the bike then if all is good there insist that they check the neck and wheel bearings which are the next most likely causes. also upgrade your life insurance if they tell you it is normal and have them put it on paper.

I noticed this on my 06 ultra after a couple months and talked to my dealer. They ended up re-balancing the front wheel (spokes) and that took care of the problem.

Nuts! No problem on mine or anyone else to my knowledge...As others have said...alignment, tire pressure, bushings, rear shock pressure etc....Why do you see so many HD tour bikes on the nations highways....It's cause they are the flagship of cruising, and have been for a long time!

I had this problem on my 05 Heritage. Took it in and they checked the bearings and rim. Took it back the second time and they found a bad tire, fresh from the factory, out of round. I would wobble at 30 and when decreasing speedin 3rd.
