Default Is There a K&N Replacement for SE/AC on 08 Touring Bkies

My air filter element got crushed (don't ask!)and I need a replacemnet, I hate to spend $ on HD's cheap paper filter. Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket replacement for the 08 SE touring element?
Thanks, X

Try here. Match to the HD part number.

Thanks Wecroft but that doesn't really list anything for 08's. I know this has been discussed here before so someone knows....

Frog13, again, thanks but that thread is from before the 08's even came out and there is no mention of 08 touring modelsand I was under the impression that they are different.
Has anyone replaced their SE element with a K&N on an 08 touring model equipped with the SE/AC kit? What is the parts# and where did you get it? Thanks

Dennis Kirk sells a replacement made by airraid. Made in USA and is oil treated. I have used the Airraid filters in my diesel trucks and the worked excellent.

I read on this forum they used the 0800 early type and re drilled some holes to fit. Double check before you spend money

Dawg, is that an 0800? Thanks everyone!
I have an older one that came off my MM bike when I switched it out for carb. It ismaybe less that 1/8shorter though and those bolts threaded for the button screws are just a little to long so it wasn't a tight fit. 95cents at the hardware store and a drill and I'm good to go! Perfect fit and it's a K&N, will last a lifetime! had to redrill 1 hole and cover 2, MM had 4 holes in a rectangle..
Thanks again everyone...

It's actually the Zippers filter upgrade that is 5/8 taller than standard. The threaded filter standoffs were a little too long to fit so the filter wasn't a tight fit just like you described. I ended up taking a little off the bottom of the standoffs and remedied that too. I carefully cut around the stud with a dremel tool and then removed the piece I cut around without having to remove the stud. You could also remove the stud, cut the piece and then reinstall the stud.
