If I install a set of Big Shot Dual on my 08 FLHTC, is it mandatory that I remap the computer? Thanks

If that is all you are going to do, my answer is no. If you are going to put a different air cleaner or breather kit on it, where you are going to allow more air to flow through the motor, then yes.
