Depends on what model (softtail, touring, etc.) and what year it is.

If you are riding a bagga, tranny holds 20-24 oz. I put in 22 oz.

No offense intended.....but you need to buy a shop manual. I just did my 5k today and the manual really helps you out. It's been said it's the best tool you will buy and have in your shop....I could not agree more. The amount of fluids your bike needs will vary depending on what type it is and what year it is - only your manual will tell you.

I think my 07 EGC with the 6 speed held 32oz. 1 quart. I don't have my manual handy but I seem to remember from my last change that it was a convenient amount as it was the entiore contents of the Mobil 1 syn 75-140W gear oil container.

Check your manual.
