Just wondetring would this solve my problem. At night you can see the rear headpipe with a slight glowing red. From what i have read her on HDFORUMS,and been told it is running too lean.
I took it to dealer and the said they could not duplicate my problem that everything was fine.
Any comments.

Where do you get these bulletins from? Are they available to the general public on some website? I'd like to be able to see all of the bulletins that come out but I don't see a spot on HD's website where they post this stuff.

just wondering if this means bikes comeing from the factory after this bulliten will be shipping that way? my ultra arrives end of march first of april, so will it ship like they have for the last 8 months or so and "IF" I have problems then I can fight with my dealer trying to get this now acknowladged problem fixed or will it simply come out with the larger injectors and ecm update from factory? Other than waiting and looking at numbers on injector anyway to tell?

Thanks for the link TC. I just got off the phone with the service manager at my dealer and the CVO injectors are being ordered for my bike since they already looked at my bike 2 weeks ago and know I have the other injectors. I am glad this service bulletin was posted since it completely described the problem I am having.

June '06, production bike. I had no issues in stock trim and no issues with Stage One. PCIII and custom map work fantastic. Running stock injectors, instant cold starts.

Thanks for the heads up on the service bulletin. Took a copy to my dealer.
My bike is going in next week for the new injectors and download.
Hope this helps my overheating problem.

Will Moco change all the '06 injectors or just if you have the cold start problem?

Should I say I have a problem just to get the new injectors or leave well enough alone?

Wouldn't having the new injectors make the bike bike run better and prevent this problem?

Just wondering. I only have 200 miles on my sled and everything seems kosher for now, but it does get hot!
