HD provides double-sided tape. I used the bolts from my luggage rack to secure the organizer. As they say in the business, "It ain't goin' anywhere." All you have to do is to drill four holes into the organizer and bolt it up w/ the rack. Works like a charm. Oh, buy the appropriate sized washers to place inbetween the head of the bolt and the organizer.

RE: tour pack lid organizer
here is my method.
I had the same problem. In hot weather no amout of velcro or 3m tape will hold the thing especially if you have it loaded.
-If you have a tour pak luggage rack take it off.
-Leave the pouch stuck to the lid
-Use the existing holes that are in the lid for the luggage rack adn drill a small hole into the pouch. Just enough to break thru the hard plastic backing and not into the mesh material.
-remove the pouch and drill the hols in the pouch to the same size as the holes in the lid...about 1/4 in or so...i cannot remember.
-get 4 fender washers and 4 bolts that are a bit longer than the ones that are used to hold the luggage rack to the lid.
-use the washers like this...from the underside of the lid downward...lid - washer - pouch - washer - bolt ...
-connect the bolt back to the luggage rack
- it is a PITA to get all this connected...an extra set of hands make the job much easier.

RE: tour pack lid organizer
I went to Home Depot and bought the industrial velcro. I survived the heat of last summer and cold of winter. I used it in the pickup to mount my cb under the dash (didn't want to drill holes). The CB has been there for 3 years and hasn't loosened up yet. Just my .02
