Just brought home my 00 FLHRCI
Holy crap that was a lot different then my little yamaha 650
Ill post pics later, but it looks liek your standard black Road King
Removabel windshield, and backrest
Has the 95" Kit in it damn that thing is fast, felt like i was goign to get thrown off when i went to 2nd and hit the throttle
love the sound , it does pop some is that normal? or was the engine not warmed up enough i only drove home 3 miles
Give me ideas and suggestions to fix it up
My first mod is to get rid of the rear guards so the wife can actually sit on it
I cant getthe grin off my face!!!!

When I let off the throttle right before i brake and grab ther clutch when the engine winds down i hear popping come out of the exhaust is that normal, or something to worry about?

Decel popping is somewhat common but not altogether normal. Since you have a 95 build, I'm going to guess that you have a Stage 1 air cleaner and non-stock pipes as well. There are a few causes for the decel popping and some are easier to fix than others. The first thing to check is to see if you have either an exhaust or an intake leak. Both will cause the popping. If not, then it is more of a fuel mixture issue and if you have a fuel management system (SERT, Power Commander, etc) you can tweak it to reduce the popping. It may or may not work.
For what its worth, I have an '01 FLHRCI and I have occasional popping as well. I have tweaked a number of options but so far, the popping hasn't been totally eliminated. It is random and rare though so I have grown used to it.
By the way, enjoy the bike
