Expected Life of a Typical Dunlop Rear Tire/Michelin

RE: Expected Life of a Typical Dunlop Rear Tire/Michelin
My last rear Dunlop gave me 16,500... This one i'm currently running is gonna only give me about 13,000 for some reason. No change in my riding or anything I can think of to account for that, but oh well, still can't complain about that. My riding is 90% long distance freeway commuting in So Cal (no traffic due to the hours I work). I've been happy with the Dunlops. I don't ride aggressively at all so don't need a performance-oriented tire and they've given me excellent wear.

The miles are variable because of the different ways we accelerate and brake. Some bikers love the G Force both ways,Mua!! Some use only the rear brake to slowdown or stop, fly through the twisties, try to hang the front wheel, the list goes on.
