wow , ride them things till they fall off! I havnt had a bike with a tire this narrow in a while. I guess that makes them last longer.
I have found 8 to 10K . I would like to get more if posssible.

Really depends on how you ride. My King came with the thin whitewall Dunlops and I couldn't stand 'em. Couldn't bring myself to replace perfectly good tires so I decided I would wait until I had worn them out to swap to the black walls I wanted. 5000 miles later and the damn things were barely showing any wear at all. Decided they weren't wearing out fast enough. 1500 miles after that (spinning the tires at every start and sliding 'em at every stop) and gee whiz, they look like they have about had it.Time for the tires I want! Seen tires come into the dealership with 3500 miles that had to be replaced and seen tires with 18-20k that still had life left. Most commonly I have seen 'em last about 10-12k.

I had 11,500 on my rear when I changed over the blackwall E3s. It still had about 2/32 to the wear bars. We are leaving on a 2500mile trip and really didnt want to have an issue. I really believe the key is air pressure and ride style. I always run 40psi in the rear and check it weekly.

11,500 on the rear and I prob had a couple 1000 left if i wanted to push things.
I'm impressed with the milage and how they handle in rain.

I got 8-9K out of the 402's. On my second Michelin rear, first one got 8000 miles, only got 1000 on the current one. The Michelin has better wet/dry traction, so I would expect it would not last quite as long as the 402's.

I replaced the lops and the michelin when they hit the wear bar.

Really like stock Dunlop D402's

Bike handles really well, and I get great mileage.

10K now on rear tire, and still in good shape.

I check pressure every week.
