My plan is:

With the truck I'm going to start with Dawn, then Claybar using Z-7 and water. I'll follow this with Z-5 Pro then a coat of Z-2 Pro, both mixed with ZFX. I may finish with a coat of Z-6 Ultra Gloss.

I'll skip the claybar on my bike when I get around to it, wash with Z-7 and only use Z-2 Pro with ZFX. I'll finish with Z-6 Ultra Gloss. I will maintain the bike between polishes with Z-AIO and Z-6.

Zaino is the best product I have used I bought the kit that comes with the clay bar the z2 z5 and the gloss. I did my crimson red sunglo a few weeks ago and it is truly amazing I have never seen a wet looking paint like this!

masterblaster
My brother used this zaino on my 5 year old enclosed trailer since I have been here. It was sun faded. He sent me Pics and told me at first he re-painted it. I believed him. He told me the truth in another e-mail. It really looked like new paint. I hope this helps. He also gave me a rash of S!!T for letting it get that way. What a guy I thought I owed him for a paint job.

Thanks Gary. It's coming along slowly but surely.

Now do ya think if I can't ride I'm gonna be able to do any detailing???? Tow can do his own damn bike.

Eastern Shore ride huh??? Metioned that to Tow on the phone a few weeks ago. Thought about getting everyone over here the weekend we were gonna come out there. We have some space in the house and plenty of yard if anyone wanted to pitch a tent.

I have used Zaino's on my last 3 Harleys, and gettin ready to put it on the 4th.
It takes a weekend to get a few coats on but it is well worth it. And like you said you are done till next year.
My last bike (07FLTR) I put 4 coats on and it looked like you could stick your hand in the paint about up to the elbow!

I used Zaino on my show car and the wins were good enough results for me. The best part is that it builds up with each coat. After about ten coats the stuff looks like you can reach right into the paint. The Z06 detailing spray is fantastic for a quick wipe after you put a few miles on. I also use their wash as well. All good stuff and all worth the time you put into it.

Only problem is now my wife likes it when _I_ detail her car with the Z products, lol.

Yes, I remember seeing your pics last summer. Seeing them was a major reason I ordered a Black Pearl SG. I have not tried Zaino yet. I have had the bike less then a week.

Zaino produts are great...We have2 black vehicles and my FLHR in black; I use it on all of them..think without Zaino I would have to choose another color for the fleet.. LOL

To the person getting ready to Z for the first time. Use the Z6 in between coats ofZ5 & Z2...

Keep the clay bar wet!!!!!!
