Is there any kinda of different options for the ultra classic licence plate mount? Any Custom made ones? Ones not so ugly? I saw the recent post with the leather filler. It was nice just not for me. Just curious what you all have found, made, or come up with? Thanks

 

I'm lucky, I work with stainless steel, I can make just about anything, then have it high polished for the chrome look

I would like to do something either layback or curved! I am leaning twords curved! I am going to give er a go around and see what her and I come up with.

I have a Road King...

but something similar to my custom mount could be done on an Ultra. Pics are in my gallery

 

The only problem with the Electra Glide plate frames is that the darn thing is part of the tour pak support. You can take the streetglide/roadglide plate and signal bar mount setup, but then you're left with that gawdy hunk o' metal supporting your tourpak. Now, if someone were to come up with say a bar & shield type metal outline to replace that piece of metal then it might look pretty cool.
