Default Smoked Taillight Lense Too Dim

Anyone going to a smoked taillight lens unless you want a dim break light in daylight riding avoide thisKuryakyn product: http://www.kuryakyn.com/products.asp?bn=harley&ci=3763

I got lucky, my dealer let me return it for this one smoked lense with LED taillight
http://www.kuryakyn.com/products.asp...ey&ci=3012

Nice and bright, Day and Night. No need for a load converter. Installed in 5 minutes.

The Kuryakyn LED smoke laydown TL isn't really all that bright either.

I ran that 2nd option you listed for two years before switching to the Radiantz LED smoke laydown (looks just like the Kuryakyn, but is 10 times brighter)

+1 on radiantz products! They are the only leds I will ever install on a bike. They are the bightest leds I have ever seen and get compliments all the time that they are amazing!

I've hear good things abut that Radiantz product too.

That Kuryakyn with the LED does me fine. At least as bright as stock unlike that other piece of junk which is an accident waiting to happen.

I had the Kuryakyn and it gathered water from the backside, and was dim! My fellow riders all told me this. So when Harley came out with there version, I made a beeline and got what I think is the best! My buddies all say it's better and can now see it!

The Kury is not bright at all in the daytime. In fact you can barely see it. I almost rear-ended a guy on a ride one time because I didn't see his brake light.

I have the Street Magic smoke tail which has a single Radiantz 48 LED cluster inside. Way bright even in the bright sun. Also have Radiantz LED cluster at all four corners and a Biketronics Tailbones run/tun/brake module.
