Which Cams and where?

Which Cams and where?
Gonna be replacing cam chain tensioner shoes later this month. (not going to gear drive at this time)
Gonna put new camshafts in at the same time.
I have spent the last 2 hours with the search function here to try and determine which cams to go with. Did not see answer for what I am looking for.
88 CI
Carbed
SE Stage 1 with K&N
Stock headers with Rush slip ons...going to be installing fuelmoto baffles in it this month also
Here is my "wish" list:
Most lope possible at low RPM - I do little stop light to stop light riding-low rpm is not a concern with charging, cooling, oil pressure
Most increase in low and mid range torque - I like to accelerate fast, but rarely cruise over 75. I do ride 2 up, pulling a trailer a good # of miles every month.
Don't want to experience a large drop in MPG - This is my primary transportation, and with the price of gas I appreciate the high 40's that I currently get.
I am not looking at doing a build anytime soon, and when I do, I can change out cams again. So I would like the best cam to accomplish the above, while keeping the engine stock except for the Stage 1 and the fuelmoto quasi 2 into 1 set up.
TIA for any input, experience and advice.

RE: Which Cams and where?
I have HQ-0034 cams in my otherwise bone stock '04 EG with Rinehart TD's and SE a/c, and highly recommend them. Do a search for those cams and HQ 500, same cams but for '07 and newer twin cams. Lots of very happy customers. Also, PM BVBOB and PhilM--both will tell you the Andrews are good cams, the HQ 0034 is a great cam.
Good luck with your research.

RE: Which Cams and where?
All three that have been mentioned will improve your bikes manners.
From my experience, I would choose them in the following order:
HQ-0034
TW-26
TW-21
Properly tuned, and ridden "the same as you do now", you should actually see improved mileage simply due to efficiency.
A D&D FatCat will make any of the three of those even better ~ espically down low!
...and on another note, I think the bottom of your avitar got cut off!
