Anyone have an actual copy of the 2 year warrenty? I know what the extended says but I have never seen a copy of the 2 year.....they don't give it to you with the bike I've had 2 and no warrenty info for the 2 year was ever given to me....the dealer just keeps spouting out "that will void your warrenty".

I put a PCIII on mine while it was still under warranty. Anytime I needed warranty work done, I just took off the PCIII and brought the bike in. They never new I had one on.

Hey Bluerose, put the one inch soos extentions on your bike, that will move your leg farther away from the exhaust. It will help some.

The heat on my 08 stock RG was getting to me also. I tried the niterider's 02 IED's and was pleasantly surprised at how well they worked at reducing engine heat and improving performance. They work so wellthat I'm keeping the stock pipes and air cleaner. No plans for a fuel management system either. I've owned five Harley's and have modified every one of them, this one I'm leaving alone.

For a stock or stage 1 bike, the IED's are hard to beat.

My factory warranty is in my owner's manual on my '06.

I'm still trying to figure out the milky chrome! Is this a new thing with the '08s?

I've never seen mine like that! Its been dirty and on the verge of corrosion! Milky?

Are the front fork down tubes pitting yet?
