Im aware that raising the rear an 1" will also raise the boards but with the forward controls I think this is the best combo for my height. Thanks again for the input.

ORIGINAL: nedster

At 6'5 the only solution is trade that rascal in on a Road Glide!!
I don't understand

The road glide has all the same dimensions as the other baggers, doesn't it?

Only the fairing is different.

I was surprised to find that the stock FLHX fits me perfectly as is at 5'5'. I don't see how anyone with a shoe size bigger than my size 9 could posibly fit their foot between the heel-toe shifter either. I would think it would have been designed to fit someone of a more average height of about 5'8' to 5'10'. Not complaining though.

Id love to see pics of fwd controls on your SG. NWBOBNW I took off my heel shifter, with size 13's, it was useless to me.

I know they can make your legs longer with bone graphs so i would imagine they could make your legs shorter by the same proceedure, new jeans are cheaper then Accutronix Foward Controls.

Take a look at these:

Might help. A driver backrest will help with the ache between the shoulders.
