WHEN YOU REMOVE THE BOLTS FROM THE OIL PAN, ANY PROBLEMS WITH LEAKS, ETC?

That's my question, it looks like you would have to pull all the bolts from the tranny at the same time to install. Is this something you do when you change your oil?

How much did you spend?
the rear bolts will not cause oil to leak from the pan when you pull them. i paid $380 i think straight from true-track. 20 minute install. the tranny oil temp was the same after the install based on 20 minute run and using digital lazer thermometer .
Does this tru-trac get in the way when you go to change your fluids? It just looks like it would.

Thanks, Ralph
nope

I also installed the True-Track on my 2005 Ultra last year. Made a noticabledifference, but still not as solid as my old VTX1800 at triple digit speeds. I have noticed a bit more vibrations coming thru the floorboards. Something I expected but fortunately not bothersome.

Overall, a worthwhile addition for those who enjoy spirited rides once and a while.

Yep, I ride Rt.44 through Ravenna a lot - on my way to Summit Auto Parts. I am just off the north end of old 44

I've never noticed a problem??? I read a little about this thread, it seems like the factory would make the bike stable. Mine might run smoother because I carry about 40lbs in my tour pack at all times. Is this really that good??

I'm near 44 & Sandy Lake Rd. Been in Summit three times in the last month, and I don't even own a muscle car...

The weight in the tour pack will not make a difference as far as the "wobble". To me it is more like pogoing, up and down on the suspension especially in long sweepers at high speed, especially if you get off the throttle and back on it quickly. Yes, it does make a difference that is readily noticeable.

Great to hear a successful install on this piece.
This is my next - Big - purchase for my bike.
I've experienced the - wobble - and have to say - this looks like a great product!
Thanks for the review.
American Bagger did an install on this one and I told the wife - this is what our HD needs.
She's all about it - Awesome to have a wife that's into making the scoot a better ride.
Ride on........... Jeff
