Im a newbe i got a 2008 street glide .i ask the dealer whats F L H X hes said he was not sure...and how can you tell what kind of black paint you have on it???thanks

 

I just picked up my UC Electra Glide and we had the same conversation with the financing person at the dealership. The coding dates back many years and they keep adding. FL stand for touring and the H stands for something else. I think the X is just a sequential letter they keep adding to.

 

I'm sure you have vived black. Think it's the only one.

Go down the page about 1/2 way. Unfortunately it doesn't say what the "X" stands for.

 

The "X" is the designation for the SG. The SG comes inthe Vivid Black,Black Pearl, and also the Black Denim.

 

Also Dark Blue Pearl, and a few more non-Black colors...
