Could some one tell me how you get those nice large pics in your posts. I can't seem to get anything larger than thumbnail size to upload.

You can't upload a large picture. You have to past the URL in the post. Read the link below and it will explain it for you. You have to use a picture host. I use photobucket and imageshack.
