I got a harley leather jacket for Christmas. Anyway, I went for a ride this morning and when I got back I noticed that the stitching around one of the pockets is coming out. Just wondering if I will have any issues with the warranty. Will they replace the jacket or send it somewhere to get fixed?
My guess is that they'll be happy to sell you a new one. That's why I by most of my leatherfrom Fox Creek Leather online. Full warranty and heavy, flexible, leather. Made in the USA.
Take it back to your dealer with the sales receipt. They will send it out for repair and if they can not repair it they will replace it with a new one. Just went through it with a nylon FXRG jacket. Took about 2 weeks.
You are going to have to take it back to where you got it for them to get it repaired or go have it repaired yourself. No other dealer is going to help you as they are independent.
