Default Will Ultra Fit In Long Bed w/Tailgate Up?

I have a Dodge 3500 with an 8 foot bed. Will the Ultra go in there with the tailgate up? Straight in or do I have to angle? Surely someone has already tried this... Thanks for the input!!!

I've got an 06 FLHTI and I installed the harbor freight chock about 2 inches back from the front of the bed on my 07 silverado classice with 8 foot bed. I've got room to spare and my Dad's V-rod has about an inch of clearance from the tailgate to the back of the rear tire. His overall wheel base is 96 inches so it's much longer than my bagger. I even have room on either side to put my black widow extra wide ramp as well. Hope this helps out.

That's funny Kern!!! LOL!! I did that and they both measure right at 96 inches. Going to the HOG Rally this week with travel trailer in tow. That is a lot of bike to load just for a test fit, cause I know someone has done this before and I was looking for any "heads ups" if there are any. I'm really not excited about doing this, but I prefer the travel trailer over a hotel... cause I got home right there with me. My big concern is unloading it when we get there, but I'm sure there will be a couple of Harley folks there that would be more than willing to help.
