Default METZELER

needing a new tire back tire on my 06 glide my question is can i put a metzeler on the rear and leave the dunlop on the front with any handling problems, also which metzeler do you recomend THANKS

I've got a Dunlop on the rear and and a Metz on the front. The bike doesn't know the difference and I can't tell any difference from when I had Metzler on the rear also.

I run Metz ME880s, real nice tire. I would recommend both due to they have different tread patterns which you'll notice a handling difference on grated or uneven road surfaces. Smooth roads it'll ride fine.

Wondering why you would replace the best tire for you bike with a cheap metzeler.

I have 69 miles on my bike new Metzlers are on the mail. I really like / trust the metzler tires.

No worries running the Dumlop until you replace it. You will just wish you switched it earlier. ME880 is great in the rain also.
