I've had my DS for about 3 years now and love it! Use it a lot on the road. Excellent. The only thing I've had a problem with is the rain cover. You have to clip it on or something on the highway, as it tends to work off after awhile. It's attached, so you don't lose it, but it's a pain to have to stop and put it back on in the middle of a torrential downpour on the side of an interstate with all the big trucks blasting by! Wife pulled out a couple of small bungies and made them work. No probs at all now! Plenty of storage, about doubles the tour pack for size. Made specifically for the large rack from HD. It is more expensive than the Riggs bag, but not that much! Not familiar with the Riggs unit, so I can't say yay or nay to it, but I'd buy another Dekker in a heartbeat.

I have used a Dekker for 4 years. I love many things about it. It is very easy to attach with it's built in adjustable snap clips, love the attached rain cover that fits in it's own outside pouch, and I like the way it looks. The inside foam which keeps the bag's shape does take up storage room. But packing tight it will still hold a considerable amount. The smaller Harley rack I have on my chopped tourpack I haven't seen recently in the catalogs so they may not offer it any more. But I will say that this bag should attach easily and securly to just about any rack.

I have since bought the large Kuryakyn Grand Traveler. I find the larger size and the pull out handle and wheels useful for carrying not only this bag but others stacked on the handle so easy for a one trip across the parking instead of several.

Just an FYI, they have the Rolling Decker now, Kinda expensive.

I looked at both the Dekker Supreme and the Nelson Rigg GWR 1000 at J&P Cycles before buying the Nelson Rigg and it was 1/2 as much as the T-Bag. Nice waterproof cover and the way it snaps on it won't blow off.

I prefer the Dakota over the DS also. The decker lacks carrying handles on the top of the bag (unless something has changed). The Dakota also has a pretty nifty spot to hold a couple of water bottles. I've got buddies that have the decker and like it. They bought em before the Dakota came out.
