I like to use virgin olive oil.

Butt sometimes I use KY Premium Personal Lubricant for the third hole.

15w50 from Wallyworldwill work just fine and save you a few bucks over the VTwin stuff.

 

I will have to try some during my next change. I have 1 change of Mobil 1 V-twin left, but it is expensive!

I like the 90W-140 gear oil better on my 2007. It quiets down the shifting better than the 75W-90, especially in the summer. The price goes up a lot, but I change 2x/season, so it is not that bad.

 

I am using Mobil 1 15w50 and have no issues. Mobil 1 90w140 in the tranny and HD Formula+ in the primary....

I made the switch to the 15W50 and am going to use all the extra V-twin I bought in the primary until I use it up. At half the price and better protection in the motor, I didn't want to wait.

 

Extra-virgin is better but costs more. Beware, as both may violate your warranty.
