Default 21 or 18 Inch?

Hi there, new to the forum and I have a question about wheels. I have an 07 Ultra Classic. Looking to get new wheels. I have 18's ordered, but Im wondering if I should change and go with a 21 inch front wheel. Any thoughts, opinions and in particluar, pictures of both sizes on an ultra would be great!

Thanks!

PS-The wheels I have ordered are Arlen Ness Cross Bones

21 is the way to go. I have a 21" on my Cfl and on my Victory. They look better. performance wise, itmakes corneringalittle sharper. Your gonna have to move that fender???

I was thinking 21 but think the 18x18 might be the way to go

21 is a good setup with little to no difference in handling.

I'd go with a 21. I went 18x18 first and regretted it from day one and finally switched over to a 21 and love it.

After seeing all of your great looking bikes, I changed from the 18" and went with a 21" front wheel. Still waiting for it to get here, but when it does I will post some pics.

Thanks again for your help and pleae, continue to post some pics of your 21" bagger wheels if you havn't already!

For a new guy, you sure did jump into the middle of a long-running debate and the only good answer is, buy what makes you happy! I went with 18's because I didn't want to upset the ride and, personally, I think 18 suit the look of my bike better. So there you have it, buy what makes you happy and share pics when you get it mounted.

I just did this mod last week and LOVE IT!! The 21" rides and handles just as well as the stocker, I'm truly shocked by it. The only problem I had was with the front fender rubbing, and a die grinder took care of that.
