FYI Guys.. I Bought the Doherty Power Pacc and the Power Vents..

The power vents DO NOT WORK ON AN 08 TOURING..
Rear head fins and EFI control box thingy get in the way..

I found you need the breather/filter kit instead of the Power Vents.

Install was fairly easy. Leave the blue plugs in where the breather nipples would go.

I put a couple of spare inline gas filters on untill I get the filter kit..

We will see how it goes..

I am a new sponser here and I thought that I could give you a great price but found out that Drag is BO on #1010-0037 until 4/29. I don't have any in physical stock either. Our price would have been $240 delivered. Sorry I couldn't help.

Here is the football cover cut down (by forum member) I couldn't see paying $150 for a plain chrome cover that I really didn't like as well...

That looks fuggin awesome!!! I have been looking for a cover for my Doherty intake also, and that is perfect!

More news on the Doherty... Vroomm Vroom.. My bike is faster in low mid... I always had a lot of top end.. but comes up to speed easier and quicker.. Apparently likes it..!! Now I just need the in-line filter thing and still debating about the cover..

I have a black 8" Crossbones stock cover on order.. but would like just a 6" face cover like the kind I see a couple of you guys have cut out..but.. IN BLACK..!!

Mud does a nice job documenting for us do-it-yourselfers!!! My plasma cutter will make fast work of the cut, and I'll likely powdercoat the backing plate black to protect the edge. Or I can pc it with clear... I'll make a knee-jerk decision when the time comes..
Now I gotta get the identifing ring off, I think a little heat to the back side will soften up the double sided sticky tape enough to remove it.
Thanks for the link!

Agree, I have the PowerPacc and still have a little oil mist but I run the lines to another filter underneath the intake still love the intake and would buy it again.

Doherty wants $24 for this kit and $13 for shipping...................is there a better source for it?

I'm going to give Bart a call to see if he can help me out on this part.
