These are the 2 Doherty part numbers I'm looking at getting -

1760

1240-TK

The 1240-TK = Drag # 1010-0037 I think, but I can't find the other item in the Drag Fatbook.

The 1010-0037 is the one you need for '01-'08 Delphi EFI(except '08 Dressers)

It's the one I have.

Thanks, I'm going to call Cateye Customs again today to get pricing.

I found that if you call Doherty Machinedirect and talk to Josh he will give you a better price then you can get anywhere else. thebest price I could find was Jireh cycles (225 shipped and this included powervents)but they were on back order and there was no way of knowing how long before they would get them in. I called Doherty and told them I could get them thru Jireh for 225 shipped and they came very close to that price, in fact none of the other discount places were even close. The power vents are just a one way flapper valve. I have mine vented down under the bike and I don't get anything out the hoses other than a drop of condensation when I first start the bike. I went with this system because I did not want to introduce oil mist into the combustion chamber but after seeing how little oil there is I would not have spent the money and kept my SE kit. The backing plate is a work of art but it is covered up. Anyway bottom line for the best deal call them direct.

Here is the football cover cut down (by forum member) I couldn't see paying $150 for a plain chrome cover that I really didn't like as well...

Be glad Jireh was B/O the one they carry is for the Carb bike not the 1240-TK for EFI, ask me how I know? Jireh is strickly wholesale they don't know cross reference numbers or fitment, so you better be sure what your getting before you order.

I emailed Doherty and was told that the prices on their website is the best they could do.

Guess I'll have to talk to Josh and see what he can do for me.

Waiting to hear from Bart, and might try M&M also.
