I dunno about yall but I really didnt like the red rectangle reflector on the saddle bag of my RK Custom. Upong investigating it is mounted on a plastic piece that loops over and tucks between the leather outter and plastic inner bag. It has a little bead of glue, where it goes over the lip, that lets go easily enough. I did tear one of the plastic piece but I didnt want the damn things anyway! To my eye it really made a big diference in the way the bags look.

 

I've been looking at saddlebags, and I agree! those reflectors make them look cheesy.

 

you can always add concho's for a nicer look.

 

No offense but I dont think conchos would look right on the customs bags. They have a kind of pod look with no straps or buckles etc.

 

Conchos look good on dem western boots, dat cowboys wear or dem fancy ridin clothes dat dem barrel racin cowgirls wear, but not on a motorsickle.
