AVOID THESE PIPES AT ALL COSTS!! Terrible customer service. My chrome cover broke in two at the bend. Turns out the covers are welded to the pipes. Lack of clamp at the transmission and the added vibration caused the break. You have to buy the entire pipe. Problem is they won't answer your calls or return your e-mails!![:@] Solution, replaced with Reinharts. NOTE: LOOK JUST TO THE RIGHT OF THE TIMER COVER!! Also had the bike dynoed before with T-REX's and after with Rienharts 5% decrease across the board with T-rex's. likely due to alot less backpressure!! Does make for a MUCH louder pipe though!!!

Got my T-Rex True Duals today. Wow, ordered them Friday factory direct. One problem. I'm not a wrencher and there are no instructions. I called the factory and there was no one there except salse folks. I'll try tomorrow. The Hard Krome site has some instruction but nothing for the 3" on my 05 Ultra.

Parts bag had 5 bolts, 4 washers, 1 nut, 1 bracket, 1 clamp and 2 spacers (1/4” thick). Anyone have any helpful information or am I on my own removing the Stock Pipes and installing these? I suppose I can figure it out. But bmy first thought would be do I need to go to Harley and get new gaskets or anything?

Anything would be appreciated.

Bob

Anyone got some dyno time with these pipes?
With Stage 1 AC and the 3"T-Rex True Dual pipes I pulled a 26% increase on the dyno. Also, I have not had any issues with the pipes, so Ihave not had to deal with Customer Service on them.
