Default The glare off the speedo

I have a RK and at night the orange glare off the speedometer on my windshield is very annoying. Dose anyone else have this problem? any solutions (besides removing the windshield)

What year is the RK? On page 487 of the Accessory Catalog is a Gauge Visor Ring, part # 74661-04 that might do the trick. But it doesn't fit the '08. Yet. I haven't tried it since my RK doesn't come in until next month but I noticed it since all I can do is leaf through my badly dog-eared catalog and read HDForum.

Can you slightly change the angle of the windshield? That might help at least WHERE the reflection appears in your line of sight.

just don't ride at night...

OR.

Flip the speedo face backwards in the housing...then the reflection will be readable. instant Heads-up-Display.

If H-D ever does this - you are all my witness & need to back me up in court so I can get paid.
