physically yes, most likely. I don't think HD changed pipe size or mounting locations.
But your problems will lie in the catalytic converters and the bung holes
for the O2 sensors.
Based on that there could be performance issues, as they may not flow the same.

Why were you wanting to do this anyway?

If you want the sound of the old SE II that harleydiscontinued, you can get SuperTrapp SE they made them for Harley Davidson.Do a search here and see.

I don't know if they will fit, but they will have OFF ROADONLY stamped on them.

If you are just changing the slip on mufflers. 97-08 will all work.
Hope this helps.

Yes they might all work, But you become in violation of EPA regulations.
And if yours had catalytic converters in them you could experience
a problem when taking into state inspections.
recieved the below in an Email from the EPA in response to a question I asked.
Under federal law, catalytic converters may not be removed. Section
203(a)(3) of the Clean Air Act prohibits any person from removing or
rendering inoperative any device or element of design installed on or in
a motor vehicle or motor vehicle engine. This section also prohibits
the installation of any part whose principal effect is to bypass,
defeat, or render inoperative any device or element of design installed
on or in a motor vehicle or motor vehicle engine.

That's why you keep the stock mufflers. Just in case.
