Who installed their own 21"/18" combo?
I'm intalling a set of RC Component Czar wheels on my bike, and I'm having a hard time keeping the tire from rubbing the front fender. I've taped a 1/4" thick nut to the wheel and drilled the mounting holes out to 3/8". How much did you have to grind to keep it from rubbing? I'm afaid to grid out to much and make the mounts weak. Any help would be great.

you have the right idea...open up the rear hole on each side of the fender and lift the fender in the rear when tighting down.

If you think you are out of room to drill on the rear holes, then punch the front ones out a few sizes too, it's the good ole see-saw effect, when you lift up on the bottom the bigger front holes will allow the fender to rotate even more. I punched out both my front and rear equally and I'm fine.

Hey guys, thanks for all the quick responses. I was just afraid to keep grinding on em. Looks like I've just about got it now. Yeah, I'm running a Metz and I'll get pics up just as soon as I get it back together. Just have to run the new brake line and put on the new Hawg Halter caliper. Rear end is done and looks SICK, I love it.
