Since the 100th-anniversary silver is mostly silver, I would go with silver. The downside is that silver will make the lowers look bigger, which isn't necessarily bad, but two big black objects in a sea of silver will look out of place, IMO. I'm not sure how you would custom paint them to blend with the silver/black stock paint, but it leaves the door open for creativity and the look you think is right.

Look for some pics of an 03 Ultra on the internet. Ebay, Hd Trader, etc. and see what you think.
I had a silver and black 03 Heritage Classic thatI converted the bags to factory silver and black hard bags.
Just looked at a pic of it. If I added lowers I think I would have gone with silver.
