yes wear your helmet's!!!...anything is better than nothing...my cousin dropped my bike doing <20mph w/o a helmet and fcked himself up real good...he's OK now...if he had a helmet he'd be fine and have avoided a bunch of medial costs

The same thing. Ask them not to remove the helmet and explain to them that doing so may cause further damage, including paralysis and death.

Fallback on your training, weather it be CPR, EMT or Paramedic etc. Without training, protect the patient from further harm until emergency personnel arrive.

P.S.When I got on the bike today and put my helmet on,I thought of this thread.
