Has anyone tried one of Honda's heated suit on a ultra Is the Acc plug fuse enough to power them, I s the alternator big enough?? Its been cold to long I need to get back on my bike with out freezing

 

Honda makes it's own heated suit? I've had a lot of Honda's and never knew that.

The alternator is fine to handle my entire Gerbing outfit on the EGC I have. I use the accessory plug but put in a 15 amp fuse instead of the 5 that's inline.

Seriously, Honda seemed incapable of making a T-shirt, never mind heated clothing. HD's clothing is made by Gerbing.

 

They might, the ACC plug SHOULD be 'nuff ta power 'em. What is the ampacity of the suit?

Actually, ah wuz thinkin' of the circuit rather than the load....ampacity would be the ability of the circuit to serve a given load - shoulda asked either the wattage rating of the suit, or (if it has one), the factory fuse rating. The tough part is gonna be knowin' what the Wing suit pulls....
