Pro pipe BP getting louder?

Pro pipe BP getting louder?
Has anybody had their V&H Pro pipe get louder with time? Mine has about 8K miles on it and it seem's to be getting louder. I pulled the baffle and what little packing there was seems ok.

I repacked the end and the tone is much more tolerable (not ear splitting) at higher RPM.
