Default BT Smart Equalizer

I have a Biketronics Smart Load Equalizer on its way and was just wondering where it plugs in? That way if it is inside the fairing I can take it off before it gets here. I have looked for installation instructions but can't find them anywhere. It is going on a 07 RoadGlide.

Should be under the seat, all the others I've seen do so. I have the Biketronics amp and can't say enough good things about it. Nice company!

Yes, it does go under the seat. you just disconnect your light harness and plug it in. If you have a run, turn, brake on the bike the equalizer goes down stream from it.

I have the Kury led front and rear signal light conversions and the Kury led taillight/brakelight and I didn't want to splice there equalizers in so I went with the easy BT plug and play unit.

Just to let you know. Its a good thing you went with the BT unit. Kurys builds up heat and they have come close to starting fires.

Yeah the BT units are top quality. And they stand behind their product. Had a Tailbones replaced under their lifetime warranty. No questions asked. Also when I first got my Smart EQ I had an 06. Traded to an 07 and they EQ did not work right. They had a revision and sent me a new one and I mailed the old one back when after it arrived. Same when I traded for an 08. Another revision and no problems with a replacement. Top notch customer service.

Sounds like I went with the right unit then. I wonder if Kury hasn't fixed the problem with their version heating up so bad? Thanks guys
