The docking kits are mounted one in front of the other and do not interfere with each other. The tourpak uses the docking kit furthest back and the passenger sissybar/backrest uses the most forward docking kit.

 

Ultra owner here but I have all the options you are looking for. It does take two sets of docking hardware, they are utilized as others stated above.

1) Two up touring seat / or Corbin solo with passenger pillion with tourpack in back position.
2)Two up touring seat / or Corbin solo with passenger pillion with sissybar backrest.
3) Corbin solo with passenger pillion and no backrest or tour pack.
4) HD deep bucket solo / or Corbin solo with tourpack in forward position as rider backrest. (awesome solo ride by the way)
