It all depends on what happens if it starts to rain and where you are. Changing on the side of the road is enough of a pita without taking off a layer.

Some rain gear is made larger than a normal size so it will fit over riding gear. Make sure to check that out before buying a larger size than you would normally buy.

Every time you get caught in rain, it might not be 75 degrees and you not wearing leathers. I've even worn rain suit over leathers in winter to help with wind.

I would suggest that you try on the rain suits prior to purchase to see how they fit as like other clothing articles, helmets etc. different manufacturers sizes aren't always the same. Ordering these types of things over the internet are hard.

No, I have never purchased rain gear to fit over my Leathers. It is HOT enough just wearing the rain gear. And I have the set that is suppose to allow some breathing in them so there not so hot while wearing them.

Like Peppa1 said, "Try on the rain suits prior to purchase to see how they fit as like other clothing articles, helmets etc. different manufacturers sizes aren't always the same.

I purchased a size over what I would normally wear. Had to wait for a week for them to come in. Size 5XL just is not on the shelf. This is after I tried on the 4xl, well, it was just too short around the chest and arm length. Ok, Ok, also around the belly location too, just wouldnt zip up either. LMAO..
