Default 103 Big Bore kit

Just picked up my bike from the shop. Had it upgraded to the 103 Big bore kit with 255 cam. Made great power for the money. Best $1500 I ever spent. getting 105 lb torque and 90 hp. I guess I'll wait till my warranty is up to increase my HP. What are my best options?

90HP/105TQ?

Depends on how much $$$ you want to spend. If money is not an issue, I would take all the parts out and see if I could sell them and go to an aftermarket vedor. But the logical thing to do istry a different CAM and add some head work.

Thanks. I had thought about cams, but don't know which one to go after given my setup now. I know I need port and polishing too.

Yes that was parts and labor. I already had the Rhineharts and the SERT. They had a winter special going. It was at Tilley in Statesville, NC.

that sounds really cheap! I checked on a 103ci kit and the dealer said about $5000.00. 110ci would be $10,000!!

If you want to stay with all the same, i would go with SE Pro Heads and either 211 or 258. I am running a 103 with 211 Cam and SE Pro Heads, before the heads it was Nice but since the Heads it is HOT

Wow!!! Thats expensive. I had a couple of dealers give realllly high quotes as well. I shopped around. I'm unsure of the variance in price.

That makes mine sound pretty pathetic! I have around $5000 in my 103 and all I am getting is 101tq and 95hp. I did Woods TW7H cams, Wiseco 10.6:1 pistons, a bunch of head work with SE valves and springs. I was pretty pissed with my numbers before (especially since they told me to expect 115/115) but after seeing what you are getting at 1/3 the price I am really steamed!!![:@]
