Default fuel moto

Got a PCIII and K&N 3909 from Fuel Moto about a month ago to add to my Wild Pigs slip ons. Noticed the other day my bike was still popping on decel and almost backfired a couple times while shifting.I called Keith @ Fuel Moto and had him send me another map to compare with what was originally sent with my purchase. The new map had different numbers, however, did not appear to be too much different. Don't know if that will help or not. Can't ride to test it out, the weather sucks. While I was at it, I ordered their custom baffles. Keith said they would fit my Wild Pigs. So now I need another new map anyway. Hope this one works better than the last one.

I've had three different sets of slipons on my bike and now a two into one. Fuel Motto has good customer service. A new map for your setup is only an email away. A phone call to them may be needed if they don't get back to you right away.

Check to see if your clamps are tight. YOu could be getting a air leak there. add some anti-seize around the pipe were the muffles mount.

I've placed the Fuel Moto setup on my bike and I don't have any pop on decel...I've read many reasons for this and possible remedies but...when I installed the pipes...I made sure a) Ibought new clamps and placed them tightly on the very end of the slip ons, b) used a thick bead of Permatex Copper liquid gasket maker on the inside of the slip ons, and c) I waited a full 24 hours for the Permatexto set up before firing up the engine...

That's what worked for me! I absolutely love the new set up...hopefully you'll find your answer...
