Default threadlocker on fairing screws?

Is it o/k to use blue threadlocker on the screws for the fairing? I came back from a ride and noticed that a couple of the windshield screws were quite loose. This is my first bike with a fairing and I probably didn't tighten them up enough when I put the fairing on the last time. I'm always a little nervous about twisting out brass inserts in plastic ( or overtightening and siezing them in or damaging the outer part of the fairing).

a little blue loctite on the screws will solve the problem permanently. Do not over tighten them..........your fairing will easily crack.

My Road Glide has no brass inserts in the outer fairing. One of the plastic threads was stripped.Mixed up some JB Weld ,let it dry then drilled a new hole.
Next time the fairing is off, might put some thread inserts in.
