Need Help!! with my primary cover bolts
I changed the oil in my primary about 5000 miles ago, I was just doing the maintenance on my RG and thought I'd check the primary fluid while I had it on the lift. I could not get two of the torque bolts off for nothing, I broke three T27 sockets the damn heads got stripped out I finally had to drill them out. When I put the cover on last time I torqued them down to 84 inch pounds (manual calls for 7-9 ft.lbs). Has anyone had similar problems? What can I do so it doesn't happen again? will anti seize work?

Use impact bits and life time warranty ones at that, like maybe Craftsman. Hammer'em with a hand impact wrench until you see them turn. You need to usenew or like new bits. That's why your better off having life time warranty on just the size bits that give ya fits. Keep them fresh.
