I think the paint looks very cool.


My only question would be concerning the emblems. Are they installed with 3M tape (double-sided)???

If they can be removed wtihouot damaging the paint - I would try to 'level' them. I think if they had a orintation that was closer to OEM, it would change the look for the better.

Going with a stock Road King tank emblem would be cool too. The lettering is pretty close to the OEM Street Glide, but they are chrome (instead of the SG 'smoked' chrome).

Looks great. Gives me some ideas on how to paint my inner fairing this fall. Since my bike is Silver, a silver inner fairing would be too much. I love how yours turned out. Congrats on a killer bike/killer paint job.

It's not what I would have done, ..... but it is different, & like you I think I'd "go" with it, nicely done.

 

It's unique and it does start growing on you the more you look at it.
Does look kind of cool and one of a kind different is a good thing.
