Default A New Twist on the Road King/Heritage Debate

Two weeks ago I bought my friends 06 Road King Classic. He bought a 2008 Heritage Softail. Today, I was at the dealer, and the saleman said, "Oh, your friend was just here trading in his Heritage for a Road King."

Yup! The Heritage is as classy as a local bar hopper gets... but when it comes to riding, well the King of the Road is the Road King!

I am a faithful King Man! I go into the shop and I look at the Ultras, the Street Glides, well all of them actually, but then I go and get on the King and that is all it takes.

Hi all,

I had an 05 springer and the next year we bought an 06 RKC for the ol lady so the only sensible thing to do was to buy an 07 SG for myself and I took a hell of a beating trading it in but, duh.

I read the subject line "A New Twist on the Road King/Heritage Debate" and said to myself, "I didn't know there was any debate, the King is the King."
