IT may not be the siren did you change to rear run turn brake module i was told that would the same indication comes up if the load equlizer was no strong enough for all electrical mods?

This weekend I'll also see about pulling any sort of error codes. In the HD Talking Forums, there is a section about troubleshooting alarm problems. That thread lists errors codes and tells you how to access them.

 

I have a 07 with the OEM security and I don't have any siren hooked up. My security light has come on a couple of times while I was riding as well, couldn't ever find out why. I do run the HD run turn brake module. Kuryakyn says there module will cause the security light to come on, but I think they are saying it will come on and stay on.

 

I installed the Radio Shack siren on my 08 Ultra a couple weeks ago. Easy, works well and was the best $100.00 I ever saved.

 

Installed mine on 04 Ultra... no problems at all. Works great... love the chirp reminding me... and, it definitely will get your attention if it gets set off.
