I am currently installing gear driven cams all in the interest of SAFETY! I don't want to get stuck on the side of the road with my wife on the back. Damm I such a loving husband.She owes me big time!

 

Actually making a detailed list of all add-ons, part name/number and price is a really good idea if you have insurance coverage for accessories and ever end up with a claim. If you go with the added insurance its also a good way to find out how much you really need.

 

Rule number one in my house.........buy for her first and then yourself....been married 34 years. Rule number two.....don't think about how much money you have in your scoot, just enjoy it.
And lastly.....don't think you can expect when you sell the bike that the next guy gives a damn how much money you spent on extras.

Hair every month $100-125
shoes every month
earings, never has the right ones
clothes, never has anything to wear but the closet and basement can't hold them all.

I thinks I should worry what she says about what I spend? Not.

Please remove your list as quickly as possible. I only ask you this as my wife DOES know how to find these posts and on occasion DOES look at them. Having her see that would be the end of anything new for me and the beginning of LOTS of new stuff for her and she DOES love to go shopping with my credit card! LOL

 

I have a different problem. I have the '04 Ultra a chromed as I care to. However, each time we go to the stealer, SHE finds another piece of chrome for my bike. I have to keep telling her I do not need that part chromed.

dude, +1 on burning the list. are you nuts? all kidding aside, i feel your pain,er, love! hard habit to break. my supplier is on strike for the last 5 weeks so income now and in near futurew are in doubt. have told wife and daughter (in college @ lsu) to stop spending money. ie. shopping! i have had to stop also are would never hear the end of it!! its killing me + hd dealer has to be losing money with me not buying!!!
