I know what you mean, I was the same way, got the bike in 08-08, then got the crome bug, and it just kept on going, My wife said I bet we spent 5 grand on mods, so we added it up, wrong it was quite a bit more. Yes it doesnt take long. Tim

Friend of mine who lives on the country club just to keephis wifehappy ( dues and monthly fees) said he couldn't afford a new windshield that he needed to replace on his R/K. His wife spends about five hundred a month on hair, nailsand god knows what else.
With that in mind, I realized how luckyI am being single and free to do what I want. Nothing against the fairer sex, just greatful I don't have to be accountable and nothing to justify to anyone.

 

Never ever ever put your mods in a list like that. You're just asking for trouble.

Every part you get you have to tie it to making your bike safer. i.e. More chrome makes the light reflect off my bike so I am more visible. I have to add as much chrome as I can.
