Default White Spark Plugs from 06 SG

Took the stock Spark Plugs out of my 06 SG last night for the first time...2 years and 7k miles...

They were bright white..looked way to lean to me. I tried taking photos but cant get them right...I have read on this forum that white is ok...but appears way too lean to me...

Stock motor..SEAC, Pro Pipe, 25 degree injectors and Power Commander with correct map...SE plugs in there now.

I richened it up a little with the Power Commander buttons and will take it for a blast as soon as the roads dry out and then check the plugs..

Anyone have any comments?

Thanks

White to light tan is fine. Roll with it!

That is what mine looked like too after 13,000 miles from my '06. The plug actually looked to still be in pretty decent shape. Went ahead and replaced them anyway, but I was happy with how they looked.

I tend to run my plugs longer than just about anyone I know. I just changed my original plugs on my 06 SG this weekend with 30k on them. Light white and they still looked usable. I replaced them only because I had already bought new ones.

Stage I, V&H true duals, race download.

White does not seem right to me, but that is what everyone says...

Thanks

I've always heard white is a bit lean - you want it slightly tan in color. Just repeating what I thought I've heard by consensus here so forgive me if wrong.

What exactly is white? If you're looking at the ceramic around the electrode, white with some tan (like a tan ring) would be better. Also need to look at the ground strap and the top threads.
