It worked like a dream on my RK Custom! It really decreased the helmet buffeting.

They removed it early on after introduction of the Twinkies to help deal with the increased heat from the new motors. They actually impede the flow of air across the heads by pushing it lower. Now they get more money from people who don't want their mustaches to tickle their nose.
I suggest you read what it says in the parts manual.

Soon after MoCo introduced the seat heat deflectors as well.....

And someone can correct me if I'm wrong, butdoesn't the fork baffle still come on the RoadGlides?

I saw a big difference. I had to chase the threads with a 1/4 20 tap before installing the screws.

Doesn't the parts book say these won't work with the lowers???????

Nevermind I was looking at the wind deflectors.......do you only need 1 of these?
